Job Title: Public Relations & Marketing Executive

We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and results-oriented Sales Executive with 3+ years of experience in a PR Agency, preferably with exposure to Media Houses, Publishing, or Advertising Sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by selling advertisement spaces, advertorials, brand features, cover stories, sponsorships, and other media solutions across print and digital publications. The role also involves establishing and managing relationships with media houses and publishing partners, supporting operational processes, and ensuring the successful execution of client campaigns from onboarding to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate clients for PR, media, and branding services.
• Generate leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, networking, referrals, email outreach, and market research.
• Meet with CXOs, Founders, Marketing Heads, Corporate Communications teams, and Brand Managers to understand their communication objectives.
• Promote and sell advertorials, executive interviews, brand stories, cover features, thought leadership articles, magazine advertisements, sponsored content, and other PR solutions.
• Prepare customized proposals, presentations, commercial quotations, and media plans.
• Negotiate commercials and close business while maintaining profitability.
• Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
• Develop long-term client relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.

• Prospect and sell PR services, media advertisements (print/digital), and event sponsorships.
   

Requirements
• 2-3 years in sales (preferred: media, PR, events, or advertising).
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or Business.
• Strong communication/persuasion skills.
• Target-driven with a hustle mindset.

Benefits
Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000/month
