Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 2–3 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment. 

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring cycle.

• Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage onboarding activities and ensure smooth completion of joining formalities.

• Maintain employee records and ensure HR documentation is accurate and up to date.

• Should have huge track record for In-house recruitment/ Bulk Hiring

Skills & Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• 2–3 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

• High level of attention to detail with the ability to maintain confidentiality.
