About the Role
We are looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented Email Marketing Intern to join our Marketing team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in email marketing, campaign management, marketing automation, and performance analytics. You will work closely with experienced professionals to create impactful email campaigns that engage audiences, generate leads, and support business growth.
Key Responsibilities

Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling email marketing campaigns.

Design, format, and optimize email templates using email marketing platforms.

Manage and update email databases while maintaining subscriber list hygiene.

Write engaging email copy, compelling subject lines, and effective call-to-actions.

Monitor campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, conversions, and engagement metrics.

Prepare campaign performance reports and recommend improvements based on data insights.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize email content, subject lines, and campaign performance.

Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging.

Follow email marketing best practices and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.

Stay updated with the latest email marketing trends, tools, and industry practices.
Eligibility & Requirements

Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

Basic understanding of email marketing and digital marketing concepts.

Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.

Creative thinking combined with analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills

Familiarity with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Brevo, HubSpot, or Zoho Campaigns.

Basic knowledge of Canva or other graphic design tools.

Understanding of Google Analytics is an added advantage.

Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools is a plus.
