Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Executive with 1–2 years of experience to manage end-to-end recruitment and support day-to-day HR operations. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, be comfortable working in the Night Shift.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating the complete hiring cycle.

• Screen candidate profiles and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

• Manage onboarding activities and ensure smooth completion of joining formalities.

• Act as the first point of contact for employee queries and provide timely HR support.

Skills & Requirements

• Female candidates only.

• 0.6 - 1 Year of experience in Human Resources, Recruitment, or Bulk Hiring.

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and people management skills.

• Hands-on experience with recruitment, onboarding, and HR documentation.

• Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.

• Willingness to work in the Night Shift from the office.
