Job Profile: Email Marketing Executive

Responsbilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, execute, and optimize email marketing campaigns to improve engagement and conversion rates.
• Utilize Outlook, Google Workspace, and Mail Merge to create and manage bulk email communications efficiently.
• Develop email templates, subject lines, and compelling content to enhance customer interactions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CTR, open rates, conversions), and implement data-driven improvements.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
• Manage and segment email lists to ensure targeted and personalized email campaigns.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, content, and sales to align email marketing strategies with business goals.
• A/B test various email elements to determine the most effective approaches.
• Troubleshoot email deliverability issues and optimize inbox placement.
• Stay updated on email marketing best practices and emerging trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Outlook, Google Workspace, and Mail Merge for email marketing.
• Strong understanding of email marketing automation and segmentation techniques.
• Knowledge of email compliance laws and best practices.
• Excellent copywriting and proofreading skills.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong attention to detail and project management skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred.
