Taking care of assigned recruitment activities throughout levels, disciplines & divisions.
Handling bulk hiring for junior level positions.
Managing and organizing Employee engagement activities
QUALIFICATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE SPECIFICATIONS:
MBA in HR
Any additional qualification or diploma in HR would be an added advantage.
At least 2-3 years of experience in Generalist.
Manage agencies and other vendor partners
Should have a strong understanding of industry trends and systems
Ensure JDs on Website and Portals is updated and improved
Should be able to work independently without much supervision
Should not be restricted to certain timings
